Synopsis[]

The episode begins with a special narration from Raf in which she speak directly to the audience about the unexplainable nature of a kiss. A token of love, an act of insanity; it has many ways to be described, just like love. All she can say for sure is that love and reason are sworn enemies.

Back with Raf and Sulfus, they are still amazed by their counterparts that they recognize as the angel and devil depicted in the frescoes from the Minotaur's Labyrinth. Raf tries to speak to the two but they don’t even notice her as they start firing attacks at one another with a strong resemblance to Raf and Sulfus's own powers. Sai (the devil) tries to talk to Tyco (the angel), telling him their fight is pointless but he refuses to stop as it's their nature as angels and devils to fight. Sai refuses to defend herself and takes a hit, which worries him. Sulfus feels the same as his demonic counterpart, saying that Tyco should listen to Sai. Raf doesn't agree and he accuses her of having a "weakness for halo boys" like Gabi. They argue over her and him sharing "their beach" with their guardians. Sai proclaims to Tyco she won't fight anymore when she knows they have feelings between them and instead runs away, causing him to follow. Sulfus also flies off with Raf chasing him the same as Tyco. Reina watches the four with anticipation, ignoring Malachia's misgivings as she's certain the fighting will lead to the needed outcome.

Sai is trying to shake off Tyco, annoyed that he cares only for the humans, not wanting to recognize their own feelings for one another. Hearing this, Sulfus confronts Raf that she's just like Tyco, ignoring how they feel because the rules tell them they're wrong. He accuses her of treating him like a game and she confesses that she truly loves him, but when she won't kiss him to prove it, he calls her a liar. This sparks a physical battle between them in which Raf discovers she's developed the fiery devil power Inflame which only angers her further. Unable to reach her by talking, Sulfus fights back, sending Raf crashing to earth while he chases after her in distress.

Tyco chases Sai to the middle of the Aztec Civilization and is shocked to find that the humans can see them, which Sai explains that their feelings have turned them into more than angel and devil. Tyco still tries to attack her, but when Sai doesn't move, he deflects his own attack, proving he doesn't really want to fight anymore. At the same time, Sulfus finds the wounded Raf and begs her to "Recover", activating his own new power of healing, an angelic ability.

Tyco decides to no longer deny his feelings for Sai and embraces her just as Raf and Sulfus do. And though they know it's wrong, both couples finally share a kiss of love.
