Kubral is one of the two main antagonists of Season 2. He is one of Angelie's kidnappers and used to be the warlord of the Diabolic Army. He was released from duty after the war came to an end, prompting his desire to nullify the V.E.T.O. and his alliance with Cassidy.
He is also one of the new teachers in the second year at the Golden School.
Personality and Traits[]
Kubral is a powerful, ambitious, tyrannical and ruthless warlord. He is prone to rage and using brute force to get his way, often taking a much more direct approach against any obstacle in his path. Kubral is also arrogant, evil and cruel, capable of doing the most wicked things in order to fulfill his ambitions.

Background
Kubral was a warlord of the diabolic army. His army won many battles against his rival angel Cassidy, but was defeated many times as well. Their decisive battle would take place when the Comet of Fate passes. After that, the losing army would make it's species to dissapear forever. However the Libra of the V.E.T.O. was created and it prevented any future war. The two warlords were opposed to the truce, and wanted to eliminate the free will across the universe.
Season 2
Kubral is the new head teacher of the devils. During the history and geography class students learn that their teachers were former generals of their respective armies.
Kubral and Cassidy work together in order to destroy the Libra of the V.E.T.O. and the universal balance. They keep Angelie, Raf's mother and blackmail Sulfus to follow their orders in order not to hurt her. They tell him to ignore Raf, then to start showing affection to her again and in the end to kiss Dolce. Their goal for Raf is to feel both love and hate at the same time. When half human and half eternal feels these emotions coincidentally, their heart beats in a single heartbeat which causes a discordant vibration, which is one of the ways to lead them to the location of the Libra of the V.E.T.O.. Sulfus denies kissing Sweet and they imprison him and from his hair they create Sulfus Clone. The clone kisses Sweet in front of Raf, so she releases the discordant vibration which leads Kubral and Cassidy to Libra's location. The clone dissapears due to the vibration.
Raf and Sulfus, with their friends manage to find the two halves of the map which shows the location of the Libra and as they put them together, the map turns into a door. Raf and Sulfus enter and Cassidy and Kubral has already set a trap for them. Sulfus is tortured in front of Raf by them and also Blu tries to kill him and due to her intense emotions of worry, sadness and fear, she releases her angelic star and the energy is so powerful that destroys the Libra of the V.E.T.O.
Cassidy and Kubral are free to have their deciding battle, but Raf and Sulfus challenge them, trying to restore the balance. Kubral protests and even tries to hurt Raf and Sulfus, but Cassidy reminds him that the rules allow that. Cassidy decides to play by the rules and Kubral agrees, since they are both aware that the two chosen ones are too weak to defeat them. The two warlords are allowed to set the rules, so Raf and Sulfus must first defeat the honour guards in order to fight them. With the help of their friends, Raf and Sulfus defeat the honour guards and are able to fight against Kubral and Cassidy. During the final battle, Cassidy chains Raf and Sulfus and Kubral electrocutes them. As they think that Raf and Sulfus are dead and they can continue their war, a light is created by Raf and Sulfus' embrace and it collides with the Comet of Destiny. The comet changes its direction and Cassidy and Kubral realize that their long-awaited war has been thwarted. However, they decide that even if the comet is gone, nothing would prevent their war and order their soldiers to fight. The soldiers, however, disobey their orders. In the end they realize that they had lost their powers and they are stripped from their rank. They are arrested for the crimes they did, thus making Raf and Sulfus as the victors.

Vortex (Tornado) - He creates a tornado and protects himself against opponents' attacks and then returns them. For example, when he was attacked by Sulfus' fireballs, he created a tornado, caught the fireballs and then attacked Sulfus back.
Lightning field - When someone tries to attack him or touch him, he has the power to create a lightning field around him, which prevent the attack of the opponent.
