Synopsis[]
Reina drains away the powers of all the Eternals, including their Prism Fly, then takes great satisfaction in turning their own abilities against them. Miki's stickers, Urie's flowers, and Dolce's sounds, all turned to dark versions of her own designs. She gives them one more chance to agree to her bargain: give up her key with which she'd use to control the humans; if not, she'll destroy them all.
As all seems lost, Raf discovers that through her powers are gone, she can still telepathically communicate with Professor Arkhan which she uses to her advantage. As he buys time with Reina, he instructs Raf in how to summon a Prism Fly of her own and she manages to do so, bursting with angelic starlight that defeats Reina at last.
Raf awakens in the infirmary with everyone surrounding her. She'd slept for three days following the battle and they inform her that Reina was defeated and sent back to Limbo, imprisoned within her own Black Sphere. Though she is imprisoned, Arkhan warns they mustn't assume she will never return. As for the portraits, they've all been returned to their Golden School thanks to a very exhausted Gas. However, new security has been placed on the door to make sure no one can enter it again. The humans once again have their free will and walk the town with no memory of what has happened under Reina's control.
Arkan congratulates them all for saving the world, though Raf declares that it would not have been accomplished without the sacrifice of Malachia, her father. Arkhan confronts her about the fact the unfortunate human gave his life to free her and though she despairs that she never had a chance to know him, Arkhan assures her she'll see him again someday. Instead, she should think of the good news he has. One part is that they've all passed the first level of their stages and that in the coming year, will be on to the next level, to the delight of angels and devils alike. The second good news is that their summer vacations officially begins, which draws cheers from everyone.
Out on the streets, Raf waits with her suitcase to return to Angie Town as Sulfus comes to see her off. They remember back to her first day on Earth when she landed and met Sulfus. They are both sorry to be saying goodbye to one another, but agree that getting away for a while might be good for them. Raf reveals to him that she sometimes feels the presence of her human mother and is convinced that she's alive somewhere. He bids her farewell and she flies off, ready to return to Angie Town until their next meeting.
Somewhere at an undisclosed location, Raf's mother, Angelie, is being held in a glass cage, unconscious as someone mentions she's been contacting her daughter. Two voices discuss Raf's growing strength and that they cannot keep Angelie in her perpetual sleep hidden for much longer. They conspire to keep Raf from ever finding her mother.
