Synopsis[]
Atop the Eiffel Tower, the angels try to use a telescope to spot their runaway devils, but to no avail. As they brainstorm, Raf points out that all the students are in Personifications of their humans, plus the angels would know their rivals pretty well. Thus, they can hunt them down by thinking of what places the other interns would be drawn to. The angels praise this idea, though Urie is a little jealous she didn’t think of it herself, and split up.
Miki has made her way to a street filled with bakeries and other food options, and finds Gas eating in an outdoor café. He invites her to dine and she initially rejected which sparks an argument. But when asked by a waiter if she would like anything, she accepts, which makes Gas remark they aren’t so different after all,
Dolce is wandering around searching for Kabale and passes through the fashion district. She bemoans her terrestrial's preference for tomboy clothes and a wish to experience the beautiful Parisian fashions of the city. Kabale pops up to denounce her obvious wish and proclaims the dress she was eyeing would be better suited for the devil. She invites Dolce in to watch her try it on.
Urie stops by the Champs Élysées to take a few photos, admiring the beauty of Paris and wishing she didn't have to hunt down Cabiria. She is approached by a wild hairstylist who, declaring she has beautiful tresses, ushers her into his salon for a new look. There she finds Cabiria, who's also been scouted, but the bickering is cut short as the beautician brings out the scissors.
Raf is surprised to find she's come to the Artists Square, not sure why her search for Sulfus has drawn her to this location. One of the artists calls out to her and she's shocked to see it is Sulfus, who also made his may here. He offers to do her portrait for her and she is immediately suspicious, denouncing any chance that she'd get back together with him. Internally, he can understand her anger. Nevertheless, he continues to push and she gives in, sitting down as he starts her painting.
Across Paris, the other angels and devils are "bonding" in their own way. Gas looks down on Miki as she starts pigging out, Dolce scoffs at the image of Kabale in her dress, both Cabiria and Urie are horrified with their new hairdos.
Sulfus is finishing up his painting of Raf while the other artists of the Square have come to take a look over his shoulder. He declares it finished and Raf wants to know how it looks, to which he hesitates to answer. She suspects he did a bad job but the other artists call it a masterpiece, and suspect the young painter is in love with his model. Raf takes a look at her portrait and is amazed by the beauty of it. Blu, disguised among the crowd, observes how powerful the bonds between Raf and Sulfus are, now sure she can convince Sulcus to give Raf the pendant. However, the angel snaps out of her daze and again rejects the devil, leading them both back to the bus to his disappointment.
At the Auto-Sphere, Kabale complains that Dolce wouldn’t help her steal her new dress. Miki is pushing Gas as he stuffed himself too much to walk. An angry Urie and Cabiria return and threaten severe consequences to anyone who mocks their unwanted hairstyles. Raf and Sulfus are the last to return, clearly disturbed over something. Kabale suspects it might be love to which the angles declare their friend is over Sulfus. The teachers usher them into the vehicle to head to their next destination.
They arrive to Istanbul where Omnia's explanation is cut off by the devils, earning them praise from Gnosis. They are at the Grand Bizarre, the largest covered market in the world. But while the teachers declare importance in staying together to avoid getting lost, both groups of students have ditched them to do their own things.
As they peruse the many stands, Gas shows his advanced knowledge of cultural snack foods while Cabiria and Kabale conspire to steal a few scarves, using their angel counterparts as a distraction. Unfortunately, they get caught buy the shop keeper and the entire group must flee, upsetting another stand and now with two angry humans chasing after them.
