Synopsis[]
Early morning breakfast turns to a food fight between devils and angels, but Sulfus is too busy thinking of his confusing orders from the mysterious Bosses, now wanting him to romance Raf and win back her love.
Blu confronts the Bosses directly over these confusing new orders. They assure her that the romance will rekindle naturally as they will have Sulfus resent her a gift, with expectations for Blu to assist. This takes her off-guard, not sure how she could manipulate Raf or come up with such a gift. They promise her they have everything planned out already, showing her the star-shaped pendant for Sulfus's peace offering and declaring they can manipulate the entire Golden School to serve their needs. When she asks for further explanation, they decide to finally show her who they truly are: Cassidy and Kubral.
The Headmasters call a meeting in the President's office attended by their filthy students, angels handing their head in regrets, devils looking smug. They inform the students that the two groups will be sharing a lesson in Angelic/Diabolic Geography by taking a field trip across Europe with Omnia and Gnosis. There is much excitements for the trip and even the devils, when worried about boring museums, perk up when Kubral says even the great artists were tempted by devils. They usher the kids out telling them to meet Terrence and Scarlet.
They all head to their respective fashion departments where their teachers present them handbags for carrying books, souvenirs, and clothes for Personification as they are expected to transform. In the Auto-Sphere, Gas shows a fear of heights by clinging to Cabiria for which gets him mocked by Kabale. Sulfus is still moping about Raf who notices his strange looks towards her but, determined to keep him at a distance, turns to the teachers for a distraction: that they continue the story of the Libra of the VETO.
When the Libra was created, it was hidden in another dimension and those who carried it had their memories erased to prevent anyone from finding it. However, they did draw up a map and split it into two parts. The half that contained Angie Town (and could only be touched by angels) was given to the devils to hide while he half of Match City (that could only be touched by devils) was taken to the angels. In this way, neither side could find the Temple of VETO.
But Gnosis offers a theory that there is one other way: that if a heart half-terrestrial and half-eternal should feel love and hate at the same time, then it would create a Discordant Vibration, a pulse that would penetrate through all creations but stop against the unbreakable Libra, like echolocation.
The Auto-Sphere has arrived to their first destination: Paris, France, which all of the students are eager to explore for their own reasons. They disembark and take on their Personifications of their humans. Dolce is worried about the exercise and that her longing for Alessandro will increase while in Liu's form. The group head over to the Louvre where Omnia gives the interested angels a lesson about the Mona Lisa. The devil students are bored and ultimately ditch their group to sneak out among the city. Gnosis is surprised by how long it took them to ditch and Omnia implores the angels to go hunt down their counterparts to keep them from trouble. As they head out in pursuit, Omnia and Gnosis wonder about what adventures will unfold on this trip.
